  • 300g thinly sliced beef (rump / striploin)
  • 150 g onion sliced
  • 100 g green capsicum sliced
  • 1 each red /green chilli sliced
  • 1 med size tomato cut into wedges
  • 1tbs ginger / garlic finely chopped
  • 25g vegetable oil
  • 1tsp chilli crushed
  • 1/2 tsp ech turmeric, cumin, coriander powder
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt pepper to taste


Season the beef with spices, and set a side, place a small wok on med flame add oil and shallow fry the beef and set aside,

In the same wok fry the ginger garlic curry leaves, add the beef and sauté for a few minutes adding the onion capsicum tomato sauce, season to taste finish with lemon juice serve hot.
